...and we're off!

The maiden voyage to relocate S/V Arcadia from New Orleans to Marathon key was a success! With the help of several young sailors, the (leisurely) trip was done in just under 3 weeks. Captain Chuck led the excursion and made this year-long dream a reality. With Arcadia in the Keys, we'll be able to head down there for yearly water testing, eco system observations, and some good ole scuba diving!

The next planned trip down is to in late July to make connections and familiarize ourselves with the area! We'll be soakin' up the rays (with plenty of sunscreen on. Safety first!) and catchin' some waves as we make our way from Marathon to the Dry Tortugas! -IC
